Set of four A1 posters
84,1 x 59,4 cm each
Edition 10 (+ 3 A.P.)

This is the title of a project proposed for the art contest Causes of the Rise of National Socialism in Munich – Consequences for the Present and the Future, held in the framework of the project Art in Buildings for the NS Documentation Centre in Munich. This work would take the form of a specially designed and fitted room inside the NS Documentation Centre that would be prepared for an interactive performance involving the Centre’s visitors. Entering the work’s space, the visitors would experience a dramatic change of the environment, finding themselves in total silence, upon which they would be invited to select a musical piece they like and listen to it through the Klangfilm sound system, originally used in German cinemas in the years of the National Socialist rule.
