A single channel audio recording of six singers performing a U-turn; a broken promise, typically the biggest failure in politics. Here the U Turn begins as dissonant coughs, Ummms and Urrrrrs which reach a momen- tarily symphonic, triumphant, yet ridiculous crescendo, that collapses into silence, and starts over again.
