Bring a bag of sand (721g) from the beach of Hong Kong, spread it on the oor of an exhibition place, in the shape of a rectangle of 116 cm (H) x 160 cm (W),
which is in proportion of the of cial map of Hong Kong. Allow visitors to walk through the sand, breaking the shape and spreading some sand into the city.
Collect the remaining sand after the show, and make it again next time.
